Basic Rules & Regulations

1. Orders Booked cannot be cancelled.

2 . Minimum dispatch time of any product is 7-10 working days.

3. In case of Customized Product minimum dispatch time is 20-25 working days.

4. 360 degree video is must for any kind of damage issue ,, it must be from address till end with docket no. Without cutting the video and pausing it.. damaged product must be show in video.

5. For any damage or replacement issue. One side of shipping charges will be beared by the customer.

6. Color may vary as shown in  the Image. Once Ordered the Product will not be Changed or Replaced due to the reason of colour.

7. Any minor dent / paint/ arising in delicate items due to courier services are not refundable/ returnable

8 .There is no guarantee for mirror product . 

9.Without any 360 degree opening video no complaint refund or exchange of goods will be entertain irrespective of the price

10.In case of courier return due to any reason like wrong address, client not at home or not taking the call, Pin code not serviceable, miss route, the client is not collecting the parcel, Etc., Return shipping charges have to be beared by the customer.

11. There is no replacement in the case of Glass or Mirror Damage

12. Last and MOST IMPORTANT
Without any 360 degree opening video no complaints, refund or exchange of goods will entertained irrespective of the price..
